The elementary school operates for 36 weeks of the year, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am, and from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm (see the Family Services tab for after school hours). For another 12 weeks, elementary school students will be offered drop-in programs from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The site is closed 4 weeks a year (2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week at the end of July, and 1 week at the beginning of August).

The elementary school is divided into 5 grades. The classes of CP, CE1 and CE2 correspond to cycle 2, also called the cycle of fundamental learning. CM1 and CM2 are the first two years of Cycle 3 (which ends at the end of ^6th grade). This is the consolidation cycle. The training provided ensures the acquisition of the fundamentals: reading, writing, counting, respecting others. In addition, it encourages the development of intelligence, artistic sensitivity, manual, physical and sports skills. It provides the elements of a historical, geographical, scientific and technical culture. It offers education in the visual and musical arts. It allows the teaching of foreign languages. It also contributes to the understanding and autonomous and responsible use of media, especially digital media. It ensures the acquisition and understanding of the requirement of respect for the person, his origins and differences. It also transmits the requirement of respect for the rights of the child and equality between women and men. It provides moral and civic education in conjunction with the family, which includes the acquisition and sharing of values to enable the exercise of citizenship.
